After attending the University of Texas in the mid seventies Riley entered into the
retail clothing business with L&M House of Jeans as regional sales manager and
then becoming the Vice President of Operations for Palais Royal until the early
eighties. During the eighties Riley and his brother owned and operated PPC, Inc.
(a building, farm and ranch supply business with an influence of poultry equipment
"Real estate sales basically fell into my lap. Knowing just about everyone affiliated
in the poultry business in seven counties in East Texas. I started putting buyers
and sellers together for poultry farms, cattle ranches, timber tracts, etc. It was
During this time, Riley owned Masterbuilt Signature Homes and developed
small subdivisions in East Texas. Riley moved back to Austin in 2000 and lives close to both his children and
grandchildren. Over the years, Riley's clients have kept him busy by sending him referrals for their friends and family.
